How does the Experience Ecosse associates scheme work?
All you have to do is refer visitors from your website with a particular ref ID (See below). Simply refer users to our site and if they buy within 30 days of them visiting our site you will earn commission on your sale... easy!
How much commission do I earn?
Experience Ecosse offers a competitive rate of commission of 3.5% of total basket quantity at check out.
How do you track users I referred?
We set a cookie on their browser when you refer them. After 30 days, or if they delete their cookies (which we don't have any control over) the cookie expires. After this period, the user would have to revisit your link for you to earn the commission.
How do I monitor my commission?
We have a dedicated users area where you can log in 24/7 and get real time information on the commission you have earned through the associates scheme.
How and when do I get paid?
Experience Ecosse will pay you at the end of every month for the previous months commission due. For example, Commission for the month of January will be paid at the end of February. This is to allow for any potential refunds that fall under the 21 day refund policy.
There is no minimum or maximum limit of commission that will be paid. You require to have a UK bank account that we can transfer the funds to electronically. We will be in touch before the first payment date to set up the commission transfer details.
What if I dispute the commission figures?
We are always willing to investigate issues or queries regarding commission, however our decision will be final as our tracking system is very accurate. A good working relationship with our suppliers and referrers has been key to Experience Ecosse success and we are proud of that. Any disputes are dealt with in Scotland under Scots Law.
Referrer code
This is simple. Every page that you want to link to within Experience Ecosse should have the following ref ID after it. The ref ID is the username that you choose when you sign up. It is your responsibility to ensure all links on your site are working correctly. Experience Ecosse will have access to your username and Password details.

Experience Ecosse grants all associates the right to use the Experience Ecosse logo on their websites. By using the Experience Ecosse logo on your website you agree to the following:
That you will not edit the Experience Ecosse logo, add or remove any text, graphical elements, colour or backgrounds,
That you will not position the Experience Ecosse logo in such a place as to be damaging to our brand. For example next to content of an adult or offensive nature,
That you will not distort the Experience Ecosse image, for example stretching it so it becomes out of shape or peculated.
Refusal
Please note that Experience Ecosse retains the right to cancel an associate relationship at any time. We will pay commission due even in this situation.
