The experience Ecosse gift voucher is a great way to present your experience of a life time! Inside the package is your voucher, information about your experience along with other important and promotional information.
- Your gift details gives an introduction to the experience, details of how to book a date and time and information such as clothing and restrictions.
- Your gift voucher contains your unique reference number, expiry date and security features.

E-ticket
The experience Ecosse e-ticket is a quick way to present your experience of a life time! Receive the voucher by e-mail within hours of ordering. Your e-ticket gives you all the information you require about the experience purchased!
Included in your e-ticket is a unique security number ontop of your voucher number, to make your e-voucher secure, Information about the experience booked, the terms and conditions of your e-ticket and information about redeemption.
Please note these important points about e-ticket:
- The E-ticket does not guarantee a particular date and time unless specifically stated on the ticket
- You MUST take a print out of the e-ticket on your experience (except open voucher e-ticket)
- You usually have to wait 12 - 24 hours from receiving the e-ticket to book a date and time. This is to allow our system to update our suppliers as to sales.
Delivery times
All vouchers are posted by Experience Ecosse usually the same or next working day you purchase them. They are sent first class Royal Mail. Remember, E-tickets come by e-mail.
Expected times
Minimum delivery time is one day. We aim to mail vouchers as close to this timescale as possible. Maximum delivery times shouldn't be more than 7 days.
Christmas
The last posting date for Christmas 2008 is Thursday 20/12/2008. Orders for special delivery can be placed up till 23 December. All orders for Christmas should be with Experience Ecosse by 12 noon on the date.
Missing vouchers
If you do not receive your voucher after 7 days please contact us.
